The problem with disconnected client records

Contact details in one file, meeting notes in another, and invoices somewhere else create repeated entry and missed context. Moloin uses one browser-based workspace so client work can be viewed as a connected process.

What the current client module includes

  • Reuse in invoice and meeting workflows
  • Local browser storage and backup export

How it fits the workflow

Add the client before preparing a quotation, kickoff meeting, project tasks, or invoice. This reduces duplicate typing and creates a consistent record.

The launch version is local-first. Avoid storing passwords, payment card data, or highly sensitive credentials in unencrypted client notes.

Planned growth

Future versions can add leads, project history, files, communication logs, cloud synchronization, client portals, and team permissions.
