Privacy Policy

Effective July 28, 2026. This policy describes Moloin Workspace v1.1 and its local-first public tools.

Workspace and tool data

Information entered into clients, tasks, meetings, quotations, invoices, business settings, and supported public generators is processed in the browser. Workspace data is stored using localStorage only when the user chooses to save it or uses a workspace feature.

Document library snapshots

When you choose “Save to workspace,” Moloin stores the document fields and a rendered preview in this browser. These records remain local unless you export or transmit them yourself.

Backups

Users can export workspace data as a JSON file. The file is saved through the browser and remains under the user’s control. Imported backups are read locally in the browser.

Uploaded logos

A logo selected in the workspace or supported generators is converted into browser-readable data for local preview and storage. It is not uploaded to a Moloin server in this release.

Website logs and analytics

The hosting provider may process standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, requested page, response status, and access time for security and reliability. If analytics, advertising, accounts, or cloud storage are introduced, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated.

Deleting local data

Use Settings → Delete all local data, clear Moloin site storage in the browser, or remove the relevant browser profile. This removes the local workspace from that device.
