Software availability

The launch version is provided free of charge and may be changed, suspended, or expanded. Browser storage can be removed by the user, browser, device administrator, or cleanup software. Keep regular exported backups.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of client details, calculations, tax rates, payment terms, meeting records, proposals, reminder messages, and other entered content. Moloin does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice.

Acceptable use

Do not use Moloin to create fraudulent documents, impersonate another person or business, violate privacy rights, distribute harmful software, or break applicable law.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” without guarantees that it will meet every legal, accounting, tax, operational, or record-retention requirement.

Limitation

To the extent allowed by law, Moloin is not liable for loss of browser data, business interruption, missed payments, or decisions made from user-entered information.
