Dear Alex,
I hope you are doing well. I am really sorry for the last night. I had a party at my home, and it went till late night, and because of the loud music all my neighbors were disturbed. I know it is not a proper way to live in a community, and I am extremely sorry for the inconvenience you have faced. I really appreciate the patients you had last might. I am really thankful to you, and I will make sure that this will not happen next time. You have always been such a nice, and helping neighbor one could ask for. I wish you all the best, and again thank you for tolerating all this. Thank you.
Yours truly,
Mrs. Amy Shawn
To my neighbors residing at 240 Street:
I am writing this letter in regards to the disturbance that came from my house in the neighborhood last night.
I was hosting a party, and some of the guests had gotten into a dispute, and began fighting, which was the main cause of the loudness.
I realize that I should have organized this party at an earlier time of day, and I should know how to deal with unruly guests. As an adult, I should know how to behave better. I apologize for ruining everyone’s sleep, and I hope that you may forgive me. I sincerely apologize, and I can guarantee that an event like this will not happen again.
Yours truly,
Viktor Shoun
Dear Mr Eric
I feel remorseful for the inconvenience that happened last night. There was a birthday party at our place due to which the children were playing loud music. I was not at home to stop them from making such a racket. When your wife came at our doorstep to complain about the loud music the kids ridiculed her, and I am really sorry for that. I know it is not a good gesture. Being a resident of this society it is my responsibility to take care of my neighbor’s rights. I am writing this letter to you to apologize to you for the misbehavior of my children.
I, on behalf of my children, apologize from the core of my heart. I will also send my kids to your house to personally say sorry to your wife.
We have always been good neighbors, and I do not want to spoil our good relations.
Accept my apology whole heartedly.
Dear Neighbor,
Today the president of society called me, and said that he has received a complaint from you last week regarding loud noises from the neighbor house. I sent this letter to you as an apology for creating disturbance these past few days.
Actually my cousin, and her children came from America last week, and as all the kids are together so they make lot of noise. We try to stop them but you know how kids get when they are all together.
Furthermore, last night we were celebrating my son’s birthday so the noise just got to another level. I am sincerely sorry for the inconvenience we all caused you. Also, my cousin is leaving in two days but even till then I will make sure to tone down the noises.
I assure you that you will not have to complain again, and kindly accept my apology on behalf of all of us.
Best Regards;
Fatima Aamir

Dear Neighbor,
The president of the society called this morning telling that you have sent a complaint regarding the noise coming from the neighbor’s house which disturbs your routine. I am sincerely sorry for the inconvenience we have caused you. Actually, my relatives have come from Australia to visit us, and their children are small just like mine, and you know what happens when kids of same age are together. However they will be going in 2 days, and even before that I will make sure to tone down the noises so that you are not disturbed by them.
I hope you accept my apology.
Best Regards,

Dear neighbors,
How are you? I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to apologize for the recent inconveniences I have caused you. I am sorry for being so loud, and disturbing you along with the neighborhood. The truth is I did not know the noise went outside the house. It was not until you complained that I realized I need to be quieter, and quiet down the kids as well as the television in my house too. I have now restricted shouting in the house, and keep it quiet most of the times
I hope you will excuse me for my behavior, and consider this letter of apology.
Best Regards,
Fatima Amir
