The doctor has advised us to see her every other day but, as we live quiet far from the hospital it gets very difficult for me to take out time, and bring her over to the doctor. This is why I request you to kindly allocate a bed to my wife in the gynecology department until the baby is born. I am willing to pay for the bed charges, and hope it covers all the basic facilities that the hospital aims to provide.

With all my due respect, I am writing this letter to bring it to your knowledge that my wife is PCOS patient, and doctor has advised her to get admitted in the hospital to continue her treatment. We have checked all the wards but there is no bed available. The staff is also not helping us out. We live in another city, and came here just for the treatment of my wife. We are also facing financial crises, and cannot afford the private room. Kindly help us in this time of need, and provide us a bed in the ward. With due respected I would like to state that I am an eight month pregnant woman, and my condition is a bit complicated. I trust, and prefer this Hospital more than any other but unfortunately I am unable to get a bed here in the gynecology ward because all the beds are booked already. My due date is a bit far from the present day, and I am writing this application to request a bed in advance so that I will be able to get one in time.

My first two deliveries were dealt here, and I am really comfortable with the environment of this hospital so I would really appreciate if you arrange a bed for me near my due date that is 20^th October (Date) so kindly arrange one before my due date as it is a tentative date, and I am advised by my doctor to get admitted in the hospital 3 days prior to my delivery due date.  I will also attach my prescription with this application for you to review.

I will keep my hopes high, and wait for your reply.
