My grandfather is sick and admitted to the hospital. My grandfather’s condition is serious so I need 2 days’ leave to visit him.
Dear manager
I am writing to you because I would like to request to have two days off work to go, and visit my grandfather. At the moment my grandfather is very sick over the last few days his condition has drastically gotten worse. As you know I am good at my job, and I do my work to the best of my ability.
My grandfather is the only member of my family that I have left, and the doctors are saying that he might not survive this condition. I would be very grateful, and I would much appreciate it if you could let me have the two days off to go, and visit him. I hope that you grant me this, and I look forward to hearing back from you.
Yours sincerely

Dear Sir,
I beg to state that my grandfather is not so well these days, and my dad is busy with his work. He comes late at night from his work, and cannot give any attention to my grandfather. My grandfather is an osteoarthritis patient, and cannot easily walk on their own.
So I want you to grant me leave for one week so I can go home, and take care of my grandfather. I shall be thankful to you.
Yours obediently,
Alex josh
