With all due respect, the school committee has informed you about the rules, and regulations that your son has to follow in order to succeed at this institution. Sadly, that has not been the case. We recently found out about not only that he is not doing well in academics but also he has been doing drugs within the school premises. He is not only ruining himself but also the standard of this institution. Therefore it is my humble request to keep a check on him, and make sure that he does not do anything that will harm his, or his career. We have sent you his academic reports via email. We are doing anything we can to improve his current situation. I shall be looking forward to a positive response from you.

Subject: Warning Letter to Parents of Student
Dear Sir,
We regret to inform you that your son Gibert Grape is a student of class 9 in our school. It has been an awful situation to inform you about his recent educational record. He has not been present in his classes most of the time. It is noted that he is having a below average attendance to attempt the final year exams that are to be held this winters. Every teacher individually warned him of his present condition but they have failed to change his mind to attend classes on regular basis. So we are only left with the last option to inform you his situation. You are being his guardian can handle this situation more effectively now. So we will leave this problem to you from now on.
Apart from the above mentioned attendance problem there is another attitude problem is being observed in your son. He has been observed behaving badly with most of his teachers. Keeping in view his old records we did not expelled him just yet. We have warned him, and given him another chance to be a good lad in our school, and we felt it essential to inform you also so that you can make him stop ruin his education, and life. As the teachers, and management is not happy with him we are issuing this warning letter so that he can continue his studies in a disciplined way that every other student follows here.
We are looking forward to an intense action from you. So it would really appreciated by us.
Thanking you.
Yours Truly,
Principal
Dear Mr., and Mrs. Robert Maggi,
As a principal of the school, it is my duty to inform you about the academic performance, and moral conduct of your son. I am very sorry to let you know that your son’s academic performance, and conduct is neither up to the mark nor satisfactory. His academic performance has been consistently poor since last two months. In addition to his lack of interest, and diligence in his studies, his behavior with his teachers is inappropriate. Moreover, his persistent absence from the class is adding more harm to his already poor academic performance.
The purpose of this writing to you is to inform, and suggest to both of you so that you could persuade your son to mend his conduct with his teachers, and perform well in his studies. His current academic performance, and behavior is not meeting the criterion to continue his studies in my school. However, I am giving you a chance to advise him to correct his conduct with his teachers, and improve his academic performance. In other case, his candidature as a student in my school will be terminated on this account.
Irrespective of this, I am fully convinced that he has the potential, and talent to shine in his studies provided that he is interested, and motivated to do so.
I am optimistic about the fruitful result of my writing to you.
Regards,
