I am writing this with deep regret, and sorrow as well as astonishment that i have been visiting your hospital weekly for my father’s dialysis. He is under treatment in this hospital since (number of years). I have had never received complain from your staff but recently, since a month, or so, your staff is being very uncooperative, and rude. A lot of things have been offending us lately. Whenever i ask your staff to come, and check my father’s blood pressure, or brief me on recovery, and medicines that are supposed to be given to him, they respond in a very rude manner. They start arguing over that they can not visit the patient every day. We pay them to do so. Moreover, at times, even after calling the staff for 3-4 times, they do not come, and check over the matter. Such behavior is not expected from such a well reputed hospital which known for its hospitality.
It will be highly recommended, and requested that you look into this matter, and bring it into your consideration.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing this with sheer bewilderment. I never thought to write a letter of complaint to such a well reputed store which is known to hire only professional, and educated staff that know how to deal with customers in a friendly manner. I visited your store on (date of visit) to buy clothes, and other accessories. I did shopping worth (amount of rupees). However, one of the item was damaged, and as per your term, and condition its can be replaced if i revisit the store with in 15 days of purchase. I visited your store after one day of purchase along with the original receipt of payment. I showed your counter women the damage, and receipt but the way she responded was not acceptable. She refused to even listen to me, and my on my further request, she responded back in such a rude manner at front of customers. Not only, did she raise her voice but also used harsh words. Exchanging my good was my right, and the matter could have been settled in a well educated manner as well. After intervention of another staff member who tried to settle the matter, that women went away from the cash counter while whispering curse words. This kind of behavior is not at all acceptable, or tolerable. Therefore, it is requested to please look into this matter as a matter of urgency.
