An application letter from faculty, and students of the school to the school principal requesting him to ensure the availability of safe drinking water in school.
To Principal,
Grammar Model School,
Sub: Application to Principal Requesting to Provide Safe Drinking Water
Respected Sir,
It is stated that a memo was received from the health ministry this morning, and our school is listed there. Minister for Health recommended that every school should provide safe drinking water to students.
It is requested to install a water filtration plant to provide safe drinking water to students. Ministry needs the report back on April 2, (Date).
Waiting for your suggestion, and approval so that matter is resolved immediately.
Thanks in advance.
Yours Truly,

Dear Principal,
This application is to request clean drinking water. Due to the issues of water contamination in this area water filters of our school have become dirty, and are unable to purify the water. Many students have reported smells in the water while some have also become ill. I request to change the current water filtration equipment with the new and advanced one. This would not even save the students from getting sick but would also promote the school’s reputation.
Sincerely Yours,

Respected sir,
With due respect, I want to say that students and faculty of the school are having problems with safe drinking water. The water is supplied at the school is not in a proper condition, and safe to use. There are complaints of some stomach problems among students. A water quality test was conducted at our school, and its results were not satisfactory. As you know water is an essential constituent of life, and its safe, and fresh availability is a necessity in a school. Your kind consideration is required on this issue. Kindly ensure the availability of safe drinking water at school. The faculty and students of the school will be obliged to your act of kindness.
I hope that you will act upon my request as soon as possible. We look forward to the availability of clean drinking water.
Yours truly,
Teacher of Science Section
To: Principal Sanders
Dear Sir,
I am writing in regards to the water drinking facilities at school. Many schools these days have filling stations for water bottles. This reduces plastic waste and serves as an efficient method to give everyone clean water.
In our school, there are few water fountains, and none of them are fit for refilling water bottles. Students are seen purchasing new water bottles from the vending machines every day. This has a negative impact on the environment because it increases a large amount of plastic waste.
I ask that you improve the facilities for drinking water in the school.
Sincerely,
Your Name
