Dear Sir/Madam,
I , sender’s name director operations , write this letter to you to request you to suspend a rude part time worker at the company.
Recently, I was assigned a project for which I was assisted with three part time workers. As a supervisor I game them a couple of tasks that they had to complete within a time limit. While 2 workers were always able to complete their tasks, even before the designated time limit I might add, one always failed to do so. The tasks she had completed were also very unprofessional, and incompetent for someone working in such a big organization.
I privately warned her a couple of time, and requested her to improve her skills but her response was quite opposite of what I was initially hoping for. She was extremely rude to such an extent that she shouted at me in front of all the juniors as the office. She also stormed out of the office.
The funny part is that she joined the next day without an apology, and acted as if nothing had happened. I find her attitude, and work unprofessional, and immature. I also feel that she does not deserve the post that she has been given. She is also a very bad influence on other juniors.
I , therefore, request for an immediate suspension of this employee.
Please verify this case further by inquiring any employee at the office they will surely approve of my complaint.
