For this purpose his remaining pension, or salary (up till the day he has worked last) is required. The main purpose of this application is to request you to release his pension, or salary up till the marked date.

My CMPF no-D/—–,Katras Area, Dhanbad. I get my pension in Kolkata, Allahabad Bank, Ranikuthi Branch. I am not getting my pension from March (Date). I am an osteoarthritis patient. I have no efficiency to run from Office to Office. I cannot understand who is responsible for not getting my pension from march (Date), CMPF Office Or Allahabad Bank. Please inquire this, and kindly arrange to pay my pension as early as possible
