Dear Sir,
I am working in the branch since 5/1/(Date) for the duty of branch assistant manager, and it’s been, and I have no such problems so for since I started working. On 2/8/(Date) during the meeting of the officials of the branch, there was a mishap that led to the shameful reflections of the branch services to the company, and we had problems to deal with. The consequences of the mishap were recovered in a short notice meanwhile I was provided a letter of cautious from the officials. I am very much ashamed of what happened that day, and with regards.
I apologize my mistake, and I promise that it won’t happen again in the future. I have apologized with the manager, and the rest of the team. It was all my mistake that lead to this outcome.
