Warning Letter to Parents about their Child’s Poor Academic Behavior

The City School

(Address of School)

(mention date)

Dear Parents/ Guardians,

With due respect, it is stated that I am writing to you with sheer disappointment and anxiety that your son, (Name of the son), who is enrolled in (mention grade). His academic performance has been really poor recently. He failed three subjects, and he nearly passed two of the subjects. He was such a bright student a year back with his overall 87 %. He always produced remarkable results, not only that he always was very attentive in class, and he used to participate in all activities very actively.

I am so surprised that now he is not paying attention at all. He is usually sitting alone at the end of the class. He also does not play in the playground with students. He has totally isolated himself, and that is not good for his mental as well as physical health. I request you to look into this personally. I am very anxious.

I am looking forward to you doing something about it because I was apprehensive about our bright student.

Best regards,

The Principal

Warning Letter to Parents about their Child’s Poor Behavior with Classmates

(mention date)

Dear Parents/ Guardians,

With due respect, it is stated that I am writing to you with sheer disappointment and anxiety that your son, (Name of the son), who is enrolled in (mention grade). His academic performance has been really poor recently. That is yet not a point of much concern. His behavior with his classmates is intolerable. He misbehaves on every single thing. Whenever someone talks to him, he shouts back. He throws things at children. He spits in children’s lunch boxes.

He also beats other children. He gets very hyper. Not only that, On (mention date), he hit a girl with a play stick on her nose, and her nose started bleeding. Even her parents came the next day and complained about your son, but I somehow told them that it was an accident, and it was not something intentional. Everyone in class is afraid of him and does not like his presence, nor does they feel comfortable being paired up with your son for any activity or something.

I have tried talking to him several times, but he does not listen, and he shouts and misbehaves in return. He hides children’s stationery, and children start crying. He also locked a student in the washroom.

With sheer sorrow, it is stated that if this attitude of your son continues, we will have to cancel his admission because the entire class is annoyed with him. I have been forced by all of his teachers to write this letter to you. It is stated that you are requested to please visit my office on (mention date) to discuss this matter in detail.

I hope you will consider whatever I have written and take prompt action against the whole situation. I am looking forward to your cooperation.

Best Regards,

Principal
