Complaint Letter Regarding Shortage of Manpower

Letter to contractor for shortage of manpower. Letter to project contractor asking for more labourer with warning, or ultimatum.

Letter to Owner Regarding Shortage of Manpower

To,
The Factory Owner.

Sir,
From all of the workers here, I beg to say that we are facing shortage of manpower at a big scale. Since the arrival of the new cranes it has been pretty hard for the 11 of us to control the furniture moving phase over here.

We just received word that there are a few more cranes moving in today, and need to be allocated to their respective parking as soon as they arrive. Before the workers here get ill, and physically burnt out, I am requesting you to kindly hire a few more laborers, and bring them over to the factory as soon as the cranes arrive.
Approved request shall be highly appreciated.

Yours Truly,
XYZ.

Letter Regarding Shortage of Manpower

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am writing to you because I would like to make an official complaint about the shortage of manpower. I only have so much time I can put into the oil rig. If you want this oil rig to continue to operate then you need to hire more people to help me look after this rig, and help got it into better condition than it is at the moment. We need new equipment, and more time to install them. This whole oil rig needs new alarm system for gas, and radiation leaks.

You also need more people not only just to mend the rig but to keep it running in the engine room to make it work smoothly. I do hope that you take action, and hire more people. Otherwise this oil rig will have to be shut down.

Yours sincerely,

Mr. Jacob bosh
