To
Mr. James Ford

Sir, with full regret I have to inform you that I seem to have lost my bag during the film festival held at the school. I placed it in the gym, and when I came back to get it, it was not there. I have asked around, and no one seems to have any knowledge of its whereabouts. Therefore, I request you to investigate this matter with help of CCTV cameras installed so that my bag can be found as quickly as possible. Thank you for your consideration.

Yours sincerely,

Loss the Books in School of my Child

To,
The headmaster, D P S, Lahore,

Respected sir,

Sadly I would like to inform you that due to heavy rain yesterday I lost all the books of my child. I had put his bag in the school ground under the shade to protect it from rain water, and took my child to washroom when I came back the bag was not there. I have asked your school canteen for the new course but they have said that it will take 3 days to order. I request you to allow my child to sit in the class without books, as it is not his mistake. I expected teachers to cooperate with him. I shall be really thankful for this act of kindness.

Yours sincerely,

Mrs. Shan Kahn
Mother of Hamza Khan, class 2

Application for Lost of School Bag from Mather

To,
The principle, Oxford school, US

Respected sir,

With due respect, I would like to inform you that my son has lost his school bag yesterday in off timings. He was playing in the ground, and out of nowhere someone took his bag from the bench. We had bought all the new books, and notebooks. He was also having his school ID card in it.

I request you to take serious action to my request, and meanwhile please allow him to attend the school without books for 2 days. His father is out of city, and I am not able to buy new books again in a very short time. I request you to improve the management, and security of the school as today my son is a victim tomorrow there can be another student. Thanks

Regards,

Mrs. Jannie John
